The 1-on-1 Day makes you understand trust via values in a fun way – whether you are already interested in the topic or not. The Day focuses on 5 steps:

  1. Learning which values are important to you.
  2. Learning which values might block your personal growth and how you can turn them proactively into trust and cooperation.
  3. Learning how your values relate to your team and organisation, explaining what makes you (un)comfortable in your team or organisation.
  4. Learning how you can apply your values to effectively solve issues.
  5. Develop an action plan to apply your values in order to increase trust and your success as a leader.
